A few short days before their departure, we learned that the funds paid by our customers to the tour company had been embezzled by an officer of that company. We were devastated to think that our customers had lost their hard-earned money and, as a result, would not be able to enjoy their trip. That same day, the decision was made for the bank to pay for our customers to go on the Alaskan trip. I felt so proud to work for Resource Bank that day, and I still feel that way today.
